Tab Index Wizard loses Start Offset

Description

Initial situation:

Tab Indices for a XDEVWindow should be set, using the Tab Index Wizard. A Start Offset is set.
--------------------------------------------------------------

Actual behavior:
--------------------------------------------------------------
After reopening the Window with the UI Desinger, the Offset is lost.
--------------------------------------------------------------

Expected behaviour:
--------------------------------------------------------------
The Offst is not lost.
--------------------------------------------------------------

After closing and reopening of my test window the offset is still set.

Tab-Index-Wizard persists the value of the offset per file.

The Offset could be persisted in the .settings directory of the project. This directory is normally included in the working copy of an VCS, so that all members of a team have access to the persisted value.
